By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Guarantee

We ensure that all repairs are performed by certified technicians using genuine parts wherever applicable. Our goal is to restore your appliance to optimal working condition the same day whenever possible.

If a repair does not resolve the reported issue, our team will revisit your appliance at no additional cost within the warranty period provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

  • If a service was not performed after payment due to reasons within our control.

  • If a technician was unable to diagnose or repair the appliance after multiple attempts, and no further resolution can be provided.

  • In cases where duplicate payment or booking errors occur.

Note: Refunds do not apply if:

  • The appliance issue arises due to user negligence or mishandling after repair.

  • Damage occurs after the service has been completed and confirmed by the customer.

  • Any parts replaced are damaged by external factors outside our control (power surge, water damage, etc.).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Service Adjustments

In cases where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer:

  • Partial refund based on the work performed.

  • Discount or credit toward a future service.

  • Free follow-up visit to resolve remaining issues.

5. Warranty Coverage

All repairs come with a service warranty covering the specific repair work performed. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will provide a free service visit to fix it.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Third-party modifications or tampering
